Earrings
I tend to be a bit adventurous when making earrings, combining leather, cording, or ribbon with beads and wire to create a multi-material piece.
Note: Thus far, all of the earrings dangle.
I make earrings with a variety of materials. These include, but are certainly not limited to:
-semiprecious stones
-glass
-metals (different varieties-- mostly sterling silver)
-crimp beads
-plastics
-shells
-coral
-natural pearls
-"Softflex" (tm) 49 strand nylong-coated wire
leather and synthetic leather
-hemp cord
-shark teeth
Many earrings can special ordered or altered:
I can certainly cater to length, colors and materials desired. What you see here are ideas...I would like to collaborate to suit individuals' needs and preferences.
